Head lines AL condemns Sylhet cinema hall bomb blasts The Bangladesh Overbear Opposition Awami League has strongly condemned Thursday's bomb attacks in three movie houses in Sylhet that left a young boy dead and many people injured, reports UNB. In a statement on Friday AL General Secretary Abdul Jalil said incidents of bomb blast are frequently taking place in the country, as proper investigations were not done into such attacks occurred after the BNP-Jamaat alliance government assumed power. Jalil demanded judicial inquiries into all the bomb blasts and exemplary punishment of those responsible for the incidents. The AL General Secretary expressed deep shock at the loss of an innocent life at the bomb attack in Sylhet and conveyed his deep sympathy to the bereaved family members. |
